Kirsten founded KDMedia in 2000 and has been a senior level strategic communications adviser to corporate Scotland for over 20 years. She trained in Scotland and Australia and is a highly regarded expert in media relations, crisis management and corporate communications.
She has transformed KDMedia from a highly regarded PR and event agency into one of the biggest independent event companies in Scotland, creating an owner managed portfolio of business events, conferences and trade shows which host over 4000 people every year.
Kirsten is a busy mum of three boys and happiest in the East Neuk of Fife with a long list of new Scottish drinks to try.

Stephanie joined KDMedia in May 2022 as Events Director. With 19 years’ experience working in the hospitality and events sector where she has run thousands of events including award dinners, conferences and weddings and has provided the catering at several major sporting and festival events.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys going to fitness classes, getting outdoors on long walks and soaking up the culture on as many city breaks as possible.

Paula joined KDMedia in 2022 with 10 years' sales experience within the drinks and hospitality sector. She's joining us to spearhead the brand-new In-Drinks trade show, securing sponsorship and exhibition space for this event, the first of its kind in Scotland. Paula is a social creature and is delighted that in-person events are back, she can't wait to meet you!
In her spare time, Paula enjoys eating and drinking in Leith’s vibrant restaurants and bars with her Boston Terrier Lola in town. When they’re not wining and dining, the two can be seen walking in Leith Links or paddle boarding at Portobello beach.

Louise has been working over the last 15+ years in the events industry through hotels, stadia, purpose-built events venues, and cultural venues specialising in award ceremonies, conferences and exhibitions.
In her spare time, Louise loves spending time with her kids, country walks with her dog Nala and enjoying some cocktails with friends.

Sarah joined KDMedia in 2023 with over 10 years of marketing experience with a number of different sectors. She has joined us to head up our digital marketing and social media.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her kids around the city. When not in Edinburgh she can usually be found in her home town Dublin visiting family.
