In Drinks Admission Policy
1 Attendance and admission
1.1 Only registered In Drinks visitors who are badge holders and exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend.
1.2 In Drinks is a trade show and is only open to drinks professionals - you may be asked to prove your credentials at the door.
1.3 In Drinks is strictly for adults aged 18 and over and . You may be asked to produce photographic ID (government issued passport, driving license, national card). Anyone under 18 will be refused entry, this includes babies in arms or pushchairs.
1.4 Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any breach of this is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from In Drinks.
1.5 Admission to the show may be subject to a random bag search and ID check. The venue permit bags up to A3 size ((30cm x 42cm x 19cm) )
1.6 Press badges at In Drinks are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and web bloggers associated with the industry and must be requested and approved by the organisers.
1.7 Apart from guide dogs or other service animals, no pets or animals of any description will be allowed into In Drinks. Further information can be found on the venue website.
2 Activity
2.1 Canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt In Drinks are prohibited. The Organisers reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
3 Photography and Recording
3.1 Official In Drinks photographers/videographers will be taking photographs and filming videos onsite. Anyone attending In Drinks authorises that KDMedia may take photographs and video footage of the events as part of any social media coverage and that such photographs and videos shall not require prior approval from you prior to posting on applicable social media channels. and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit to the attendee. You acknowledge and agree that all rights in any photographs and/or video content created for or at any of our events shall belong to us.
4 Data Sharing
4.1 By choosing to allow their badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor during In Drinks, visitors will be providing their name and contact details to the exhibitor or sponsor, who may contact them about their products or services.
4.2 By choosing to attend any session at In Drinks, visitors will have their badge scanned at entry and their name and contact details shared with the seminar host/exhibitor, sponsor and/or speaker, who may contact them about their products or services in relation to such session.
