Scotland’s biggest selling lager is one of a number of major drinks brands to confirm their place at the new national trade show for the drinks sector.

Tennents Lager have confirmed they will feature heavily at the new Glasgow show which promises to welcome all drinks categories to a lively two day trade event for drinks brands from across the UK.

Almost 30 exhibitors are already signed up including Innis & Gunn, Cold Town Beer, Lussa Gin and Dark Art Distillery.   The show will also feature seminar sessions, tastings and live music in a lively engaging event which is the first independent drinks show to be staged in Scotland.

Tennent’s Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Fi Leonard, commented;

“It’s great news that Glasgow is hosting a new national trade show for the drinks sector, we are delighted to be exhibiting at In Drinks and look forward to sharing Scotland’s favourite lager with all the visitors.”

Brands are being offered a number of interactive packages alongside exhibition space including tutored tastings, brand workshops and speaking opportunities.

In Drinks is co-locating with ScotHot, one of Scotland’s longest running catering shows. The combined shows are part of a major tourism and hospitality week taking place in Glasgow at the same time and also includes an important conference hosted by Scottish Tourism Alliance.   Visitor numbers at the SEC are expected to top 15,000 over two days.

The show is also being supported by WSTA, Club Soda, CGA and Scotland Food and Drink.
